Why We Don't Accept Returns
We understand this may seem strict, but there are several compelling reasons for our no-returns policy:
- You can't return nothing. Literally. There's nothing to send back. The logistics would be impossible.
- You still have your nothing. It hasn't gone anywhere. It's right there (not there). You're welcome.
- Instant delivery is irreversible. Once nothing has been quantum-transferred to your void inventory, the process cannot be undone.
- Our quality guarantee. Every nothing we sell is 100% authentic nothing. We don't deal in fake nothing or almost-nothing.
Exceptions
Accidental Something Delivery
In the extremely unlikely event that you receive something instead of nothing, please contact us immediately. This would be a critical quality control failure and we would arrange a full refund plus compensation.
Technical Issues
If you were charged multiple times for the same nothing, or if there was a technical error during checkout, we will gladly refund the duplicate charges.
Certificate Issues
If your Certificate of Ownership is not accessible or displays incorrect information, we will correct the issue. Your nothing ownership will always be honored.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that your nothing will be exactly as described: nothing. If your nothing is somehow more than nothing or less than nothing, we've got problems.
